This was forth year we overnighted and have enjoyed our stay every time. Staff efficient, food good and stays pleasant. Frank & Irene Agar
Excellent room for the price we paid.
The lodge was great but it would be nice to have more activities around the lodge or in Kimberley, BC in general. We were staying in September and are somewhat mobility impaired.
It was nice, just a few things with room
We liked the ambiance and it was close to home so we did not have to travel far to get their!
If we have a complaint it was with the check-in, we could not check-in at the 1600 time frame as the room was not yet ready and for a one night stay you have to pay 147.00 for a less than 20 hour stay and that is a lttle steep!
The suite was roomy and clean, with all of the amenities.
The 24 hour $9.95 charge for wireless internet.
Friendly staff. Underground parking in winter. Location to lifts. Ski lockers.
No internet cables available in rooms. Hot tubs were too hot and one hot tub was not working. No good quality lattes, etc. on site. Poor fitness facilities.
Fabulous room. Very spacious with a great kitchen. The staff were very accomodating. Loved that it had underground parking. I would recommend this lodge to anyone.
Kelsey's food was mediocre.
Reasonably priced for a one bedroom suite. We liked the refrigerator and stove, and seperate room to sleep in.
The mattress was too firm.
Kelsey's in hotel. Breakfast bar.
I tried to call the front desk one night from midnight to 1:00 pm, but failed to get a response. Also, the front desk presumably set up a wake-up call for me, but I never received it. The front desk staff is inadequate!
Everything...the staff were very helpful and the hotel was beautiful. It was a wonderful place to stay!!
Excellent location, friendly staff, mini store for groceries, ether net able
Front desk staff misdirected me as to where to buy tickets for snowshoeing ( twice) . Told to go to guest services. Nope ...you buy them at the ski school. Otherwise fine both my sons ( 17 and 20) found front desk staff curt, this was not my experience
I liked the location. The staff at the restaurant was the best thing about my stay. I was there for 3 nights and they remembered me. I received excellent service there.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. I stayed 3 nights. The only thing the service did was remake my bed, wash a couple of utensils and put the foot towel back on the tub. It was very clear they did not vacuum or clean the sinks because there was hair on the floor and sink. I also used all the tissues and they did not replace the box. The same goes with the shampoo and conditioner.
The location to the ski hill couldn't have been better. The suite itself was ample for our party. It was quiet, clean and we would certainly stay there again.
